Hi @YourSSE after having to call three times to get an electricity switch which I didn't authorise cancelled, bit confused why I'm now receiving post confirming you're supplying my electricity. Also unclear why you're taking over my gas when I haven't authorised this either?

@YodelOnline unsurprising to find out your drivers are as incapable of doing their job in my new area as they were in my old. On Thursday they delivered my parcel to completely the wrong place. Today your driver was apparently instructed over intercom to leave my parcel...
