Honestly @British_Airways your phone lines are a joke! I’ve been trying to get through since last Wednesday - finally got through after waiting 30 mins and then get cut off being transferred to another department! I’d do whatever I needed to do online but that’s not an option!

@TiredBarrister @HM_Passport If you do get a refund please let me know as I had exactly the same situation and was told I couldn’t get a refund or change the appointment so at least my husband could renew his uk passport.. we missed our holiday and lost another £120 to add insult to injury

@AmyStewart30 @leanne_murfet @passportwaiting No, nothing on Durham. It will be 21 days tomorrow so maybe tomorrow. Although sometimes it's earlier. The stress over the last 3 weeks has been unreal. We are menat to be flying this Saturday and who knows how long they will take to send out 😫

It's doesn't seem fair that people with booked trips are losing them while other passports get turned around when not urgent. You would have thought they could have prioritised
