@enterprisecares just been threatened by one of your staff members. I have it recorded. Paid for a van, it was faulty, returned it and refused another van, with no apparent reasoning other than the staff member wanted to clock off. What the hell!!?

@plusnethelp hi there, I have received an email saying that Plusnet was unable to take a bill from my account but I can’t log in to pay as I’m not with Plusnet anymore. I cancelled before it started because of other issues. The bill is less than £1. Please can you help?

@HMRCcustomers I did, but it only said that I could pay equal amounts over 12 months, which I cannot afford which is why I think I need to speak to someone as I need to set up an amount I can pay. I’ll keep trying, thanks.

@HMRCcustomers I don’t know, my accountant would have done it for me some time this month.... I’ve just tried to call again to arrange a payment plan but the phone aren’t working. Is that right? It says you can’t take calls right now? How am I supposed to pay my bill??

@HMRCcustomers My accountant has submitted my return but I need to speak to someone about a payment plan. The automated message on the phone said I could pay it over a year, but I do not have that amount available right now, especially as the next grants aren’t coming until March.
