This is 2 years in a row we made reservations with an agent over the telephone with @enterprisecares The day before we leave we call to confirm at the location & they don’t have vehicles . Stressed out of my mind as we leave tomorrow. The website even shows available cars..

Trying to login to my @Enterprise account, but password is invalid. Reset my password, cannot login on mobile. Finally realize they truncate mobile password input at 40 characters, so my 64 character password is invalid on mobile but valid on desktop. Quality.

@McShauno The branches are supposed to alert the customer as soon as they are aware that there is a problem. An hour before does not sound like policy was followed. We like to let mgmt know and they do reach out, if we have the reservation number. Chris M

@McShauno If there are no cars available, there is nothing that can be done about the immediate issue as our local branches have closed in the area. The branches are sometimes hit with situations beyond their control, such as when and where a previous renter may choose to return. (1/2)

Le loueur @enterprisecares est à déconseiller. Ce sont des menteurs et des manipulateurs car la promesse de remboursement de ma location suite à un rétro brisé n'est pas tenue. Je suis vraiment en colère pour un manque de respect évident qui ne va pas se finir comme ça 😡

@enterprisecares worst experience ever! No vehicle available when I was supposed to drop off my car for repairs. Eventually a car was retrieved from another branch only to find out it doesn’t match the size I needed, but it’s too late cause my car has already been taken.
