@enterprisecares Booked a rental car in Toronto on April 14 and returned it with extra fuel. I was denied a refund but promised a credit on my next booking. When I rented again in Calgary, they refused to honor it. Poor customer service. I want my refund for the extra fuel paid

@enterprisecares The condition of my recent rental vehicle was terrible. Front driver tire at 51 lbs. I stopped at the first exit and verified with a pressure gauge and it was over 50 lbs. Oil change reminder not reset and windshield wipers didn’t clear windshield at all.

Seinfeld as real life: Went to @Enterprise to rent a car. They said our reservation got canceled, but had no idea how. No cars available. Told us to call @enterprisecares support. Four calls later, still no help. Maybe the worst customer experience I've ever had. Day ruining.
