Booked a holiday in good faith with @OntheBeachUK, paid, they emailed a time later saying the room we selected was no longer available and to pay £400 more to change rooms!!!! Ludicrous and #awfulcustomerservice Happened before with @Jet2_meme @TUIUK and the room got changed FOC

@LOTAirlinesUS . Paid £20 to select a seat (4D). Email saying I’d changed to a seat rows back due to a ‘change of aircraft’ yet if book the same flight my original seat is now available and they’re sending out ‘sealed bids’ upgrade emails. CS awful, won’t move me back! Scam!

He then stood on the chair and muttered something about goodluck seeing now!
