Researchers @UMich @DepressionCntr used wearable devices to track over 800 doctors' daily rhythms and found that disrupted sleep and work patterns can significantly impact mood and mental health. By analyzing over 50,000 days of data, they discovered a clear connection between irregular circadian rhythms and depression, suggesting that digital monitoring could help identify and potentially prevent mental health issues.
