Losing interest is my hobby

People think depression means your sad and crying all the time. Depression for me is being stuck in a twilight zone. i can't think, i don't respond to things, nothing is interesting, i just feel empty. not sad, just blank. I have a lot of days like this and they are hard.

i dislike how depression is so overlooked and seen as non-severe it makes me feel so invalid for not having a worse illness

self-isolation has always been my coping mechanism. I often get the urge to disappear from everyone without a trace. It's not that i don't enjoy the company of others‚ but there are moments when the weight of the world becomes to heavy‚ and all i want is to be on my own.

depression is so ass because you won't wash your bedding for literal months until one day you decide "huh i need to" and when it's clean you'll go "huh this is so much better i should do this more often" and then you wont until like 6 months later its a cycle dude
