Taking the path of least resistance at the moment without an ethical principle is the behavior of socialist negroes that get mad when the supermarkets around them close because of how much they stole. If there is no government to force property owners into accepting aggression there is no way to consistently profit from aggression. IP is an arbitrary restriction on the use of actual property by the government to satisfy a claim of "owning" something that can't be homesteaded and has no potential conflict to be initiated over it. IP is physically impossible to, as property rights are inherent from how reality functions the contradiction between the absolute claim on non-aggressive use of owned property and restricting someone's use because they copied something are not even in possible coexistence. In case you weren't aware capitalism isn't Hegelian. How would allowing private property to be used by the rightful instead of seized by the government "destroy private property"?

The enforcement of IP also destroys rightful profit by limiting free trade and use of property.
