@dalliasd Any updates on the UN convoy that left Khartoum to Port Sudan today morning?

I have no net connection and can’t answer any of the messages sent. We’re fine. Exhausted but fine. Have family who are separated from their children, their parents and siblings. What an effing nightmare. And we are the lucky ones who managed to get out.

I condemn the outbreak of fighting between the Rapid Support Forces & the Sudanese Armed Forces in Sudan. I’m engaging with the AU and leaders in the region & reaffirm the commitment of the @UN to support the people of Sudan in their efforts to restore a democratic transition.
