@thalys_en 500 people - some with really young kids are stranded on Midi Bruxelles after being thrown out of 2 trains and mashed into one from Paris Nord (18:25 and 19:25) - after spending easily 600Eur for 2 passengers… zero cancellation support! You are an absolute outrage!!
