Lodged complaint at airport, sent multiple emails with photos, details to both airlines and called several times. No response from airline for 4-5 days. Extremely frustrated. How can a sealed bag be tampered with after security checks?This is unacceptable.@DGCAIndia

Traveled from Indore to Guwahati via Delhi (Air India & Air India Express) on Sept 14-15. Upon arrival, I found my bag tampered with — seal broken, items scattered, and gold&silver jewelry missing.@AirIndiaX @airindia
