On the 23rd of October, I boarded a flight from London Heathrow to Chicago O’Hare Airport, with a connecting flight from Chicago to Buffalo, to visit my long distance boyfriend. All flights were booked through British Airways. I was a 20-year-old solo female traveller. 1/1

@Finnair an utter disappointment. Was just told by yr supposed 'excellent' customer service that I've lost my Plus-tier upgrade because u cancelled a flight, out of my control. Nice way of rewarding passengers who've chosen 2 fly w/ u 4 years. Time to place my loyalty elsewhere?
