Congratulations to Johann Cardenas of Houston St. Thomas on winning the award for 2021 TAPPS D1 Underclassman of the Year. The sophomore athlete had a great year for the Eagles with 975 rushing yards, 571 receiving yards, and 15 total TDs. We are excited to see what’s in store!
