@easyJet @Cbos27 James how do instigate they option to move my flights FOC or ask for a refund? I’m due to fly to Mallorca 4/8 and can’t go now due to quarantine. If I log on to manage my bookings the only option is to move for a fee, this will be £240 to move flights costing £400, help please

@easyJet How can we book a flight now with a voucher when there's no way to get through to your "customer service". Even Brittany Ferries allowed you to use credit notes online. You should be ashamed. Poor service.
