Famale, smoking, 47y, 3 preview fogarty thrombectomy, abnormal origin of right subclavian with, rest pain and unable to do usual tasks. Carotid-subclavian bypass was performed, with improvement of symptoms.

@farkomd In fact, embolization would be my first option, but the patient had abdominal pain, and the public system did not have coils available in the hospital. We ended up doing the best with the resources we had.

This is a spleen attached to a splenic artery aneurysm. Treatment could’ve been done with coils leaving the spleen in the body, the aneurysm excluded and a major operation avoided IMHO

80y, male, chronic kidney disease, 60mm aortic aneurysm. contrast-free treatment. hospital discharge in 36 hours.

67y, female, chronic mesenteric ischemia, 25kg weight loss, inability to eat due to cramps. Angioplasty was performed according to the “buddy wire” technique using a Ez filter device. He ate on the same day of surgery without pain.

The largest I’ve seen. Open surgery was performed. The pacient complain about feeling the belly empty after de procedure.

@seleno_glauber We were able to do the infrarenal clamping, it was a stable paciente non rupted.

@AndrePoci Did you achieve a infrarenal approach at first attempt or begun with a supraceliac clamping? PS: I’ve never seen such a left kidney displacement. Amazing.
