While I don't think Jones is a franchise qb, qb is not the primary problem to fix this draft. Although a decision must be made on Jones as he approaches the end of his rookie contract.

@fasioc @LawSelfDefense I often see judges just read the statue and leave it up to the jury to resolve ambiguities. Nothing unusual there. Even if you accept @Lawselfdefense point of view, I don't think there is enough suspicion to justify a citizen arrest on that day under those circumstances.
