Huge congratulations to my friend and client @stjohnmandy who received her MBE from the Princess Royal, Princess Anne at Windsor Castle earlier this week. Mandy said it was the pinnacle of her career and she chatted to the princess about issues including the gender pay gap and the pension gap. An experience shared with her mum and step-dad. And her gorgeous hat was made by a business local to her as well. Mandy walks the talk!
