After 4.5 years of hard work and toil it’s done, PhD submitted 😁. Every day was a rollercoaster between imposter syndrome, discovery, learning, pride, competence and back to imposter syndrome again. Loved every minute! #phdlife #OnwardsAndUpwards

Coach these workouts are boring. Ok here try this - Run 40 x 400 everyday for three weeks! That is what Emile Zatopek did. I don't recommend it, but we need to get back to training robust adaptable athletes rather than entertaining them. Sometimes training is boring.

More filming for the upcoming semester - this is the sit-to-stand velocity/power test using the @GymAware PowerTool. Previously validated against 3D motion capture in older adults pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31945676/

@AndreasLiefeith I read 'yds' as "years old" at first, and thought: "man, my S&C knowledges are really out of date..." :-)

There's a huge difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something. We talk in fact-deficient, obfuscating generalities to cover up our lack of understanding.
