No, because the USSR had 3x the area of France to lose and still not being completely conquered, it had nothing to do with communism, possibly other than that anyone who said anything other than "I want to die for the Motherland and the Soviet Party" would get shot instantly.
And the Soviets wouldn't have been able to hold on without military aid from the British Empire and the US.

This is because capitalist countries had far more in common with the fascists, despite the situational differences that ultimately led to the Allied coalition.

As a female, I would like to say I'm perfectly fine with LOTR having almost no female characters. The few they did have were strong and beautiful. This doesn't need to be fixed. As a matter of fact, this single scene in Return of the King was all we ever needed:

LOTR had almost no female characters at all. Modern Hollywood sees that as a sin that must be rectified. They're coming up with all of these sequels and spin offs almost entirely for the purpose of feminizing the franchise and injecting female characters into it. It's feminist reparations. That's why this godawful sequel concept will apparently center around a female character.

You're confusing regulations with planned economy. Here're the difference: Planned economy: "Hello there mister factory owner, I'm from the government, I see you're producing cars, that's nice, but we've decided society need toasters, so you'll be producing that now or we'll shut you down." Doing it this way mean the government basically own our factory and they allow you to run it for them. Regulations: "Hello there mister factory owner, I'm from the government, I see you're producing cars, that's nice, but we've decided they aren't allowed to be radioactive, so you'll be phasing out the uranium from the engines or we'll shut you down." Doing this mean the government allow you to do almost anything you want.

Jag fick ta ned farten till 20% för att det skulle gå att höra vad som sades. Jag har tagit bort några klick-ljud i mitten, annars är det här hela biten, som alltså speedades upp i programmet så det inte skulle gå att höra vad hon sa.

Dina argument är korkade! Du påstår att våra 0.6% av jordens utsläpp är obetydliga. Därför kan vi öka Sveriges utsläpp. Om hundra små länder med låga utsläpp tänker likadant så ökar jordens föroreningar med60%. Det vore en katastrof. Sverige måste minska våra utsläpp genast.
