Seine 11-jährige Tochter wurde an einer Ampel überfahren und verstarb wenig später im Krankenhaus. Ihr Vater ist gegen das, in seinen Augen, zu milde Urteil vorgegangen. Jetzt gab es eine Entscheidung im Berufungsverfahren.
