Really good to hear @SECPaulSAtkins say the innovation exemption is coming. This would be the biggest shift in SEC posture in years. @HesterPeirce deserves great credit. A workable path for compliant token launches + network dev would be a major win. But let’s be clear: we still need Congress to clarify security vs commodity, empower @michaelselig + @CFTC, update custody and broker-dealer rules, and create a real framework for #DigitalAssets.
