Thanks to #CryoEM, #ModelAngelo', #BLAST, and #AlphaFold 3 predictions, we identified and modified our purification protocol to remove dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (hashtag#DLST) from our preps.

We faced an issue with a unknown octahedral nanoparticle-like protein co-purifying with a number of our designed protein nanomaterials.
