One thing’s for sure ,I’ll never fly with @FlyRwandAir again. Last-minute flight cancellations, 14–15 hour layovers, and packing passengers into hotel rooms like sardines? Absolutely unacceptable. And judging by the messages I’ve received, I’m far from alone,this seems to be a recurring experience for many. @HillaryMusarurw @KingJayZim @FlyRwandAir I'd cancel if I were you. We took off from Kigali to London, just over 1hr later had an emergency landing in Uganda and sat on the tarmac for 6hrs!!! Apparently DRC had closed airspace but like they're next door - they must've known. Why did we take off!?

@KingJayZim @FlyRwandAir I will never fly Rwandair EVER! Flew to Zim on 21 Dec for a family bereavement but my flight on 31st Dec from Kigali (WB710) to London was cancelled on arrival in Kigali. No explanation for cancellation was given. I subsequently missed my connecting flight from Gatwick.
