@marthamaccallum @RobertKennedyJr I always got the National Award. I couldn’t do the required number of pull ups, but I could do everything else. I remember to qualify I had to do a hang instead of the pull ups. Everybody that got Presidential got their name painted on the wall in my elementary school.

I’m so tired of Mahomes and the Chiefs. As a life long Giants fan I was programmed from birth to hate the Eagles. But I hope @saquon runs for 300 yards and 7 touchdowns and destroys the Chiefs. I’m going to say it…GO EAGLES!!!

Ok I’m just gonna say it. Canes is overpriced chicken. Mid seasoning, crappy cole slaw, bar of soap bread, and the fries look like they were made in a foreign country. Nasty

I vacuum seal any meat that already isn’t vac packed. Very little freezer burn that way. A tip-When vac packing the premade/cut bags just seem to seal better than ones I cut myself from the rolls. It also saves time because you’re not sealing both ends. My machine often shuts off because the sealer gets too hot.

@ChefGruel I always microplane ginger but never bother to peel the skin off. I also store it in the freezer and microplane it frozen and throw whatever I don’t use back in the freezer. Not sure your thoughts on this but I’ve done it for years and it all works well for me.

@StilesBitchley2 @ChefGruel I sousvide then sear steaks all the time. Always do 133 degrees. I’ve never done a whole prime rib sousvide for the first cook, but I’ve got a big piece of prime rib reheating sousvide currently. Was curious what the pro’s out there thought about using sousvide.

@AndrewOlejer @ChefGruel Only way I prep beef. Last night's 13lb rib roast. Sous vide 30 hrs at 133°F and finished at 525°F for 20 minutes. It was like cutting butter.
