LIONS POSTGAME: Strong pitching was the catalyst for the @JSerraLionsBB team on Friday night, as the Lions blanked the Orange Lutheran Lancers, 3-0, in the finale of their Trinity League opening series at JSerra Catholic High School. Senior Andrew Padova, who played a big role in the team’s pitching performance with five strikeouts in 3.2 innings, spoke about his successful outing, how he attacked a potent Lancers offense, and the importance of getting the win after two losses to their Trinity League rival in the series.
