@shaggy84329 I love the challenge system, but can understand that it wouldn't work today because networks want to lock in set programs and can't just wait til the week before to realise they have a massive Grand Final to broadcast.

Perhaps making the Premiership have fewer games to accommodate the Challenge Cup would make more sense. IMO The season is too long for players and clubs and likely causes more financial pain than benefit.
