@pdfguru_com Again you all have lied. Support told me I would have my refund in 14 days that has come and gone. People avoid this company, report them and let your friends know that they are scammer.

So disappointed with customer service now. Called my local bank 6 x today "no teller available" , called the 800 number to get help spent 20 mins with an individual who was going to mail me a statement then email me a statement. And still was unable to help : (

@krakensupport it is taking 6 days to get a business acct verified/ all requests submitted your site says "a couple hours" not really even close :)

@krakensupport have been 5 days and 30 attempts trying to get support with a business account that I am locked out of for 2FA issues. Seems like emails are not read, wrong answers are suggested, or answers already tried. Literally unbelievably poor service. You can't call anyone
