@Ask_WellsFargo So disappointed with customer service now. Called my local bank 6 x today "no teller available" , called the 800 number to get help spent 20 mins with an individual who was going to mail me a statement then email me a statement. And still was unable to help : (

@krakensupport have been 5 days and 30 attempts trying to get support with a business account that I am locked out of for 2FA issues. Seems like emails are not read, wrong answers are suggested, or answers already tried. Literally unbelievably poor service. You can't call anyone
