@JohnLewisRetail not feasible when it’s a gift! I don’t need to read policy, I understand the concept. It’s poorly made. I used to work in JL toy dpt & having a receipt NEVER used to be issue, but I understand customer service has dropped drastically in last decade & u have to keep up with trends

@JohnLewisRetail my son was bought this from uncle last week & it’s already broken & doesn’t work, not batteries as the winch still works as (see video) even so the screw to replace batteries is busted & won’t unscrew, still don’t see why propellers no longer turn - disappointed
