There's a confession here that the SFA knowingly selected a Celtic fan to officiate a Celtic game. Yet there's no real noise about it and no real surprise. In any other country there'd be a media storm, it'd be treated like a scandal. That speaks so much about the Scottish game. Grim.

@snboxing I think history shows its a sport that for the most part flies under the radar for casuals until there are crossover "stars" or crazy enough promos that capture interest. People talk about golden ages etc but I'll hazard that viewing figs remain constant , peaks n troughs.

Boxing is the only sport whose fans change their minds on whether the sport is growing or dying on a weekly basis!

What we have now is a chance to get into the Europa League by winning the SC, or a slim chance of winning the league to qualify for the CL qualifiers. We’ve gone backwards by some distance imo.

Rangers are the form team. Hearts have been the most consistent across the season. Celtic are still in it due to Martin O’Neill.
