Andrew set the record at the Division IV Finals this last Saturday. The previous all-time record was set by Roxanne Carson in 1978 with a total of 1715 points. The previous boys record was held by Dwayne Lynaugh set in 1966.

Danville senior Andrew Joncas poured in a career-high 55 points during the Bears’ 102-38 first-round rout of Rivendell last night, tying the program record also achieved by Kyle Johnson in 2014.
Joncas added 10 rebounds, 7 assists and 7 steals in the blowout.

Andrew Joncas recorded his third 40-point game of the season while becoming the Danville boys all-time leading scorer. The senior passed Dwayne Lynaugh who held the mark for 59 years.
Joncas sits at 1,580 career points for the 14-4 Bears.

A pair of scoring milestones took place in the NEK last night. SJA senior Kerrick Medose became the 12th Hilltopper boy to reach 1,000 career points during a win at MMU. NCU senior Sabine Brueck broke the Falcons’ all-time scoring record of 1,316 points in a win over Spaulding.
