SPACEX HOLDERS APPROVE 5-FOR-1 STOCK SPLIT AHEAD OF IPO The current fair market value per $SPCX share was adjusted to about $105.32 from $526.59. The split is expected to be processed the week of May 18 and completed by May 22. SpaceX is seeking to file publicly as soon as Wednesday. Reported IPO timeline: Roadshow: as soon as June 4 Pricing: as early as June 11 Listing: as early as June 12 Note: SpaceX is seeking to raise as much as $75B at a valuation of more than $2T. That would make it the largest IPO of all time.
