29 April 26. My Rise Story as a PLHIV. 2yrs ago, my CD4 was 85. Today, I’m undetectable with consistent treatment. I’ve stayed healthy for 18 mths despite small fluctuations. This journey shows recovery is possible. Healing isn’t always linear, but progress is real. #PLHIVdiaries

Di ko na nga naiisip that i am HIV+ eh. Autopilot na din pag inom ko ng TLD lol. So if you've just been diagnosed, i promise, things will be okay. You will be okay.

@itsmraziel @charlie_plu I’ve been through this. We were close for almost five years and had a romantic relationship. When I disclosed my status, I hoped for understanding, but I was rejected. It hurt, but I chose to let go and move forward because I still have a life to cherish.

@PLHIV080524 I’ve experienced that too. Worse, of all the people they could have asked, I was the one they picked to answer their questions about HIV. I keep my status private in my workplace, so I responded without revealing any emotion.

23April26. Today marks my 2nd year as a PLHIV. I remember the day I learned my status, there was fear but maintained my composure. I began with a single message, and from then, I moved forward. This taught me strength, resilience, and the courage to choose life. #PLHIVdiaries

Mag-6 months na akong diagnosed this April 20, at 3 months na akong nasa treatment for HIV at TB meds. Sister ko lang ang nakakaalam na reactive ako sa pareho. ☺️ Gusto ko lang ng mga bagong kaibigan dito. 🫶 #PLHIV #Hivdiary

@soy_gilbert This is the only medium I use to express myself. It's not easy sharing with people I know, especially since awareness campaigns about the condition remain limited in my place. For me, it's better to keep it within my own domain.

Hay personas que llevan años cargando su diagnóstico de VIH en secreto absoluto porque el mundo les demostró que revelar era arriesgarlo todo, y eso no habla de ellas, habla de lo mucho que falta todavía en la forma en que como sociedad entendemos y tratamos la situación

I’ve been living with HIV since 2013, and I’m turning 40 this year. I am currently working as govt employee. I’m hoping to meet someone who’s serious about building a genuine connection. Hindi lang purely physical or sexual—what I want is companionship. 😇😊

@PozChin96 5 lang ang nakakaalam sa akin, nanay ko at 4 na malalapit na kaibigan (bestfriends for 32 years). hindi madaling gawin pero kung trusted mo sila then go but still be ready to face their reactions.

Ano po uong pakiramdam na may napagsabihan sa status nyo aside sa mga doktor? Grabi kasi takot ko kahit ni isa sa family ko walang nakaalam na bakla ako at sa status ko. 😭

hoping to make friends here, so I can have someone to talk to from time to time without feeling judged. no one else knows about my status except me and my treatment hub. I also can’t imagine a world where I could tell my family about it — that would be my 13th reason. hahaha

11 yrs of highs, lows, and everything in between. We weren’t perfect, but we never stopped choosing each other. I love u, and I would still choose u every single day. 💕 ILY! Til we meet again 😭😘
