@ShaunLintern Passports should be user centric with portable personal identity at the heart which can be used for other things not just nhs eg private sector, volunteering, education and personal, but things like RA policy prevent this, local trusts then suffer as a result

@ShaunLintern There is a staff passport Programme with huge benefits to be gained, but unfortunately there are a lot of competing visions, decades of technical debt to overcome and policy hurdles that should be unblocked

@BruntonJackie @BlackpoolHosp Yes they're absolutely loving it! Especially speaking to all the patients. If anything they are frustrated they can't do more to help with things as they're not allowed, not 18 and qualified enough! But they'll get there 😀
