@wizards_magic Does anyone from your social or CS department care to help me with my tickets instead of just repeatedly 'solving' without a single comment or resolution? Seriously this is one of the worst ways I've seen a company treat a customer.

@wizards_magic I've raised 4 tickets regarding some print damaged cards but each time my ticket gets closed and 'solved' without any resolution or even explanation. I've uploaded all of the requested images. I'm new to Magic the Gathering and so far the customer service is bad.

@EndymionYT @Charalanahzard While I do agree the pacing is a problem with Part 2, I have no idea what that or the sales have to do with what I just said. I literally explained what the story was about and all you have to say are sales and the pacing?

I will never understand attempts to discredit TLOU2 specifically because story events made people angry. Dislike whatever you please, but to suggest a story is ~objectively bad~ because it intentionally made you feel a strong emotion feels… contradictory.
