Today is not a good day 😔 Im struggling with my brain recovery I had a bad nights sleep as of pains and had to wear my leg brace. I had an accident with my bladder incontinence which gets me down. When I dont sleep it effects my emotions and makes me snappy which I cant help as my brains been so damaged. This then effects my speech. Ill be having a sleep at Lunchtime as my brain will slow down. I like to show the good and bad days of my recovery and keep things real life to help others.... #braininjury #mentalhealth #boxing

@SonStats I don't think Mousinho is convinced with Matthews, Knight or Bowat but it's all we've got. I'd prefer Ogilvie at centre back over all 3.if Poole or Shaughnessy were out. Not sure why we struggle so badly to find decent centre backs. Imo easiest and cheapest position to recruit.

Hayden Matthews getting some unfair stick imo. Wasn't the cleanest of challenges which forced him off. Started five matches in a row having not had many minutes beforehand, completed 90+ minutes in the last two matches before Charlton. Still only 21 don't forget. #Pompey
