@Delta you have a real cluster happening at SEA with the Atlanta flight. It's bad enough that the pilots timed out and we're now delayed 2.5 hours. Making things worse is your travel assistance rep who couldn't be bothered to not look at her phone while talking to me.

@JNitterauer @Delta @united they finally cancelled the flight. i'm now otw to the hotel and get to enjoy a 6.10am wheels up tomorrow.

@AndyGreenPhD @Delta Typical. Sting you along until all other flight options are exhausted then they bail. Had the happen w/ @united. They claimed the battery was dead & the flight finally left over 13 hours late. I bailed for another airline & they made me rebook my return flight at that day’s rate!

@Delta this isn't weather. the pilots timed out and we're now stuck waiting for another crew to show up. we're now on our third or fourth delay announcement, which is just bad. either a pilot is coming, or not. multiple departure delays tells me you don't know what's happening.

@AndyGreenPhD I am very sorry for the delay and inconvenience this caused you. Regrettably, Atlanta and several other parts of the US is experiencing severe which have impacted flights. Safety is always our top priority and I apologize this happened.
