@vosdscott @TonyThurmond I like the Youth Master Plans advanced by cities like Denver and Nashville, SD should consider one too. City could be helpful tackling disconnected youth with @sdworkforce. Also intrigued by @SFOFE’s K2C program. Lots of ideas, working with stakeholders on a policy paper.
