British civil law holds absolute authority on all matters. Muslims may engage in non-binding religious and civil matters but it has to be within the law.

Australian law is secular, based on British common law, and applies to all citizens equally regardless of their religion.

The truth is that no one, regardless of political ideology, voted for Andy Burnham to become Prime Minister. Instead, he will be shoehorned into Downing Street by Labour, with the public given no choice. Burnham has no mandate, whilst Brits clearly have no voice. This is wrong!

@RedCollectiveUK In a parliamentary Westminster system the Prime Minister comes from the party not in a popular vote via an election. That leader has to be a MP and I don't think there is any timeframe for who can contest for the role.

Can someone explain to me who chose Andy Burnham to be British Prime Minister? He wasn’t even an MP. He was given a seat and being crowned immediately as PM.
