@TheCoolestCool Initiate a rebrand. Don't whatever you do listen to anyone else, customers or market research, all a waste of time.
Works best with a well established brand that's built lots of mental availability, is distinctive, and you bring it closer to look more like competitors. 👍

@virginmedia why are you trying to charge me £40 for your failure to pick up your equipment on the agreed date? I raised a complaint and the reference just came up "****", you masked the reference number so I can't reference it in future comms?
