@CaralhoPhilly I think it could be looked at as part of the taking clause. She was getting in the way of a private land transaction and her staff was making uncomfortable comments to SJU demanding information they weren’t entitled to. It’s a stretch, but a property rights issue to explore.

@CaralhoPhilly She tried to use her government position to stop a private real estate transaction. She tried to coerce the sale process and was driving the price down by trying to steer the sale and limit future buyer’s options to use the property. It’s for the courts to decide. Not 2 guys on X

I had to replace a broken glass in a standard window. I got two quotes. One was for $238 the other was for $1,100. One quote was from Rabinowitz glass company and the other one was from Glassboro lumber. Crazy difference in price.

This has been an incredibly difficult week. We lost former ADL National Director Abe Foxman z"l yesterday. And, in a bit of personal news, I unexpectedly lost my mom on Saturday.
She was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a wife, a mother and a grandmother, She was married to my dad for almost 60 years and a source of strength and inspiration to me on so many levels. I will miss her dearly.
May their memories forever be blessings.

Not only could this same analysis be mapped to most major pubtrans systems, but you could also do this on other public services…like K12 ed, for example.

This is why there are tons of Knicks Fans at the game. We literally begged NYers to move to Philadelphia area for a cheaper and better life. Our Sixers tickets are already cheaper than Knicks tickets and no zip code or Amtrak trick is going to stop people who are living here.
