More high octane stuff from @AvantiWestCoast . Direct LDN-Chester cancelled-standard-and now we have the will we miss crewe connection by a minute leading to hour wait for next train. SHITSHOW!

@AvantiWestCoast I have tickets booked on 1801 LDN Euston to Chester but this train doesn't seem to exist. We pay more for direct trains that then get cancelled. Why is this allowed to keep happening?

@AvantiWestCoast delivers again. Direct train chester to London now chester to crewe with 30 minutes wait to now get on another no doubt already busy train. Plus we pay extra for direct trains! And no apology or info from train crew or platform staff. You are useless
