@virginmedia This just seems like the general public are answering the questions. Is there not a person my uncle can talk with on the phone to get this issue sorted he’s not tech savvy and prefers to talk instead of type.

@virginmedia disappointing and useless service when trying to access your email account. Unable to make contact and get what should be a simple resolution.

@virginmedia Yes he’s an active user and has an account that he’s been trying to access and manage.

@virginmedia It’s keeps asking me for the email address the d.o.b and the account number and area reference. But it’s now saying you can’t use the @virginmedia email address and choose a different one.

@virginmedia I’ve still had no luck logging back into the account. Your process doesn’t give you an option of resetting your password. I’m doing this on behalf of my elderly uncle who’s not had any luck with yourselves on this matter.

With the financial backing they got, you’d expect the Americans they bring in will be top quality. Also same with the European spot with the Turkish team connection. Time will tell.
