Nice, so I pulled today, 17/7/2026 between 5-7pm as Claude said it was lucky as stated in my post 6 days ago.
I pulled in Throne of Desire and managed to get a double SSR pull on the 60th pull! So it was very lucky!

Nice, so I pulled today, 15/7/2026 between 7-9pm, as mentioned in my Luckmaxxing app, and it was lucky! In Rise of Eros, the main limited banner has 2 characters, and both have a probability of 0.6%. (Total 1.2% to get one of the main banner characters). Off-rate is 0.3%.
Although I got an off-rate on my first 10 pulls, it was Eileen at a 0.03% pull rate (among other off-rates), but I needed her shards anyway. Getting her meant pity was reset, but I managed to get one of the limited characters on the 50th pull. So altogether, 2 SSRs in 60 pulls. Gonna just exchange the 2nd one since I want to save tickets for anniv.
Luck has shown to be consistent via the Luckmaxxing app. Looking forward to pulling on Friday to see if I'll get lucky again.😎

Itching for a pull in the next couple of days since a new banner is out for Rise of Eros and Throne of Desire at Tuesday's weekly reset (tomorrow), and I don't want to concentrate all my pulls on a single day and time since I want to get more data.
So, I checked when the next optimal time to pull is, and it rated 15/7/2026 7-9 pm with a 70% lucky base rate at the Hour pillar Heavenly Stem of Yang Fire (丙).
The overall Qi Men Dun Jia setup isn't as good as Friday's, but it is what it is. Let's see how it goes.

Blizzard employee once told me anti-botting in WoW was extremely challenging due to the number of real people that acted identically to bots.
Every assumption was invalidated:
- unbelievable # of consecutive hours played
- consistently repetitive patterns of movement and clicks
- farming patterns that aren’t considered fun (“why would anyone do that”)
- solo, no external engagement
- goes on for months

When I first started at X, this is one of the things I did a deep dive on because I felt it was critical to the integrity of the experienced. I tasked our Threat Disruption team to investigate a number of trends that seemed artificial. The findings: We could not find meaningful examples of foreign interference in US policy discussions, except people gaming rev share in developing countries. This is what motivated the release of the Country of Origin feature and significant changes to the rev share algorithm. The most deranged & divisive replies generally were from residential IPs in the United States—with no signs of using a VPN. Ultimately, X is a reflection of the internet. And that means you will see the full spectrum of human thought. And sometimes the most outrageous takes will catch fire. Having said all of this, there can still be cases of narratives being boosted but the origin of the initial post is almost always domestic and we have hardened our systems in the last 3 months to prevent this.

An AI surveillance state is pretty much a given in the future. As long as it doesn't devolve into turning the old and weak people (considered useless) into human batteries to power the AI and electricity, then it should be ok... maybe?
As for the game, what about the Hunger Games, where the underclass are used as sport and entertainment for the chance to get rich, then it's fine.
As for community service, humans in general are gonna be servants that run errands for the AI robots and also the leaders and tech-oligarchs who own the tech. There's probably an incentive system for everybody to fulfil their missions and climb to the top. People who do more get rewarded better, while people who do less don't.
Gonna be a dog-eat-dog world where it's every man or woman for themselves.🤣

@Andyson08 @WholesomeMeme Yes, society drifts apart, everyone’s bubble growing thicker. Less interactions for building relationships/trust due to efficiencies. People already choose to own a dog, so a robot companion is likely. Maybe the future will be an AI police state with games and community service😅

Ok, cool, so here's the update with today's pull (10/7/2026 7-9 pm) according to my luckmaxxing app. I pulled 3 copies of the mount I want in Throne of Desire with no offrates in 150 pulls at 1.2%, where the hard pity is 100 pulls, and it would've cost me 300 pulls if I were unlucky. So I consider this lucky.
Now let's see if I can be lucky again next time.

I never claimed that it was impossible to be a self-made millionaire or succeed though. Life is gatcha and there's RNG and luck. Everybody works hard, but not everybody is lucky in life. So I'm talking about the average person as a new player in this analogical example of Monopoly.
The facts speak for themselves when the birth rates in developed countries are rapidly declining and the majority of people are feeling the economic squeeze in their livelihoods. If there are so many opportunities, then surely there shouldn't be so much civil unrest? The average person would be content and happy and wouldn't complain about the goverment, society, having to do multiple jobs to survive, get multiple degrees, get into huge student debt and pay interest on top so they are like modern slaves before even entering the workforce or try their luck etc.
There is no point in debating as the problem is literally right in front of our faces, and its intellectually dishonest to pretend these issues don't exist.

In the natural world, everything happens in phases: 1) Formation, 2) Existence, 3) Destruction, 4) Emptiness. It's no different to the life cycle of birth, aging, sickness and death.
It is inevitable that human civilation will reach a point where things become unsustainable and then we see a decline. This is already happening with the decline in birth rates in developed nations due to economic and financial pressures. AI is only going to accelerate it, with men and women who may prefer AI robots/ companions instead (besides already slowly being replaced physically and intellectually).
So, it is what it is. I honestly don't know how we can reverse this trend. Just have to accept things as it is and see what kind of miracle may occur in the future.

I'm not very sure I agree with your example because in most cases, when a new innovative start-up/ disruptor shows itself, the bigger company buys up the firm and integrates it into itself, so it becomes bigger. That's how companies like Coca Cola, and some other multi-conglomerates grew in size, by absorbing their competitors.
Sure, the little guy may have won, but the big guys aren't exactly displaced in the process.

Hi Laurent, I'm no expert but imo, this hasn't been implemented or done before in all of history (under the context of AI replacing humans as the new intelligence and potential workforce). The situation we are in is unique to our times, so until UBI is implemented, nobody knows whether this is going to fix the problem, or create a new problem/ have knock-on effects on human behaviour and on the economy, etc.
