Hey @IonicDigital … 🖕 Completely scripted shareholder meeting asking us to vote for 2 directors with only 2 options. That’s it!🤦‍♂️ I can’t wait to read the minutes because it was so informative. Even the deadline for voting was concealed. 🫠 Honestly, if that was it with no other information then just Fuck Off. You grifters want to make me puke my breakfast this morning. ****sorry for the F bomb, but there really is no the way to describe the blatant incompetence of their team. We should be happy they can at least read a script at this point. 🖕🖕🖕 @GWAM_Abbate What was this all about? Where is the agenda of topics? Please tell me it was cut short because of technical difficulties. Because this meeting was completely pointless and unacceptable.

Judge just ruled @IonicDigital Board of Directors’ attempt at reducing the number of board seats up for election was a breach of their fiduciary duty. But we all knew that already 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Alex Mashisnky has been sentenced to 12 years in prison, to be served in the NYC area. As his final words before the sentence was imposed, he said he took actions based on the information available to him and noted no other employees came forward to admit their role in the wrongdoing.
