If you look at everything that has been discussed up until this point, including her conversation, there’s a lot to dive into – not just from Microsoft‘s perspective, but from the community’s. Two major points of conversation should be Call of Duty and the family plan. Someone COD, others don’t. Families with multiple Xboxes would love a plan that gives them a “group discount” - others are ambivalent because they don’t have kids or spouses that are Xbox gamers as well. I think the CEO really needs to get a lot of feedback regarding this from the community, and not just from mouthpieces and “Talking Heads” that get free gear and will tell her what she wants to hear. She and her team need to hear from a large variety of people that game on Xbox, ranging from those that bought the very first console to those that just joined the community this generation.
