@AngelNwoha Exactly. The first 20 to 30 videos should be treated as information, not a final judgment on the channel. Every upload teaches you something about the topic, packaging, opening and retention. Most people switch niches before that feedback loop has enough time to work.

One thing I have realised in Faceless YouTube Automation is that some people lack patience. You always want to measure up. You are constantly chasing the next shiny object—the next niche—because someone said it is working. You keep comparing your timeline with someone else’s, forgetting that YouTube does not have a syllabus. Because Mr. A got monetized with just four videos, you will rush to open a channel and then start complaining because your first video has zero views. Back in my blogging and SEO days, I usually gave myself four to six months to start seeing organic traffic. Sometimes, it took that long. Other times, I started seeing traffic the very next day. I once grew a channel to the monetization stage in 34 days after uploading more than 34 videos. Even among those videos, some still have little or no views to this day. The point is simple: results will not always come at the same speed. Be patient, stay consistent, and stop using another person’s timeline to judge your own progress. PS: Screenshot is Fake!

Truth is, as long as I have never been to your posts to insult you, I'll never allow you do that to me. I read comments on my posts. And when reading, I like to read dissenting opinions too. But the moment I read an insulting comment, you have spoilt my mood. And I'll not like to read from you ever again. That's why many of you will get blocked from my page. I am trained professional and I am educated and enlightened. If you're not an educated, enlightened or respectful person, you cannot survive here. Unless I do not see your comments. None of you can ever accuse me of coming to your posts to insult you, even if I disagree. This is how I have always operated here. I don't beg for followers and I have never done it. Talk nonsense, and see yourself in the block industry. End.

Some weeks ago, I blocked a young man for being disrespectful to me. He came to my back up page to plead for forgiveness, & I unblocked him. Today, he came to my comment section: "Àgbà, I don't like how you block people for having a different opinion on your posts" I have blocked him again, and blocked him from the back up page, too. In fact, when I unblocked him, I decided to follow him back because I thought he was remorseful. Then he made a disrespectful comment, I quoted him and reminded him that he begged to be unblocked, and I unfollowed him. He didn't know that I was monitoring his comments on my page. I even quoted him this morning. He thought he had arrived. Then he entered my trap today. He should go and open another page. 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 End.

With the way Vibe coding is going, how will knowledgeable people pay for some utility tools like this. I could easily create cheaper alternatives to tools i use personally and it makes me wonder what the next wave of AI updates will be like. Not only has tools like Claude code, Codex, grok and Cursor AI make coding faster for devs, it's give non-devs avenue to ship basic and intermediate grade products in record time for just a month's subscription of $20. Omo..

This Faceless YouTube channel that started 37 days ago (June 10, 2026), is already monetized with just 11 long form videos. Stumbled on this channel while doing some research and I am amazed. The videos were all made with stick man style images. No video animations, no stock videos. The average views of the videos is 14 minutes. The topic are simply questions what we ask everyday.

@AngelNwoha Choosing the right niche is really important - there's a huge difference in traffic between different types of content. Can you share what kind of content you make

Day 40 of running a faceless YouTube channel in the storytelling niche with AI. Today makes it 7 days since I applied for monetization but the channel is still under review. Is it normal? Yes. When does it become abnormal? Maybe after a month. Remember, YouTube will clearly tell you there's no exact time for these things. So, I will simply keep my fingers crossed. Yes, I still post videos. Let's keep building.

@AngelNwoha Day 40 and still shipping despite the monetization limbo is the actual grind most people don't see. That patience is what separates people who stick with it from people who quit at day 20.

In Part A, I shared 5 faceless YouTube documentary subniches you can easily create with AI. Here are another 5. This is Part B. 6. Forgotten African History This subniche focuses on African kingdoms, warriors, rulers, inventors, ancient cities, resistance movements and historical events that many people know little or nothing about. Examples: “The African Kingdom Richer Than Europe” “The Forgotten Women Who Defeated an Empire” “How Benin Built One of History’s Greatest Cities” There are many powerful African stories that have not been properly told on YouTube. That gives you room to build something unique instead of entering an already overcrowded niche. You can use AI to recreate ancient cities, battle scenes, royal courts, maps and historical environments. But you must research properly. Don’t turn legends into facts just because they sound interesting. 7. The Dark Side of Famous Industries This involves exposing the hidden history, questionable practices and powerful people behind industries we interact with every day. You can cover industries like fashion, diamonds, football, fast food, social media, pharmaceuticals, technology and entertainment. Examples: “The Dark Business Behind the Diamond Industry” “What Fast-Fashion Companies Don’t Want You to Know” “How Football Became a Billion-Dollar Power Game” People are naturally curious about what happens behind closed doors. They want to know how certain industries really operate, who controls them and what consumers are not being told. This subniche can perform very well, especially when the title creates curiosity without making false claims. 8. Survival and Expedition Documentaries This subniche focuses on true stories of people who survived plane crashes, shipwrecks, deserts, mountains, jungles, wars and other dangerous situations. Examples: “He Survived 76 Days Alone at Sea” “The Expedition That Ended in Cannibalism” “How One Woman Survived the Amazon Alone” Survival stories are naturally emotional. There is fear, pain, hunger, danger, hopelessness and the constant question of whether the person will survive. That alone can keep viewers watching for a long time. You can use AI images, maps, sound effects, weather animations and cinematic narration to bring the story to life. 9. Secret Technology and Failed Inventions This subniche covers inventions that disappeared, strange military projects, experimental vehicles, secret aircraft, forgotten machines and technologies that were created too early. Examples: “The Car That Was 50 Years Ahead of Its Time” “The Secret Aircraft That Never Entered Service” “Why This Revolutionary Invention Was Abandoned” This is a good option for people who enjoy technology but don’t want to run a regular gadget-review channel. You’re not reviewing the latest phone. You’re telling the story behind an invention, why it was created, what made it special and why it failed. AI can help you recreate prototypes, explain how machines worked and animate complicated ideas in a simple way. 10. Strange Places and Abandoned Settlements This involves making documentaries about ghost towns, abandoned islands, underground cities, empty resorts, deserted buildings and strange places with unusual histories. Examples: “The Luxury City Where Nobody Lives” “Why This Entire Island Was Suddenly Abandoned” “Inside the Underground Town Built to Survive the Apocalypse” This subniche is very visual. A strong image of an empty city, abandoned mansion or deserted island can already make someone curious enough to click. The main question in the viewer’s mind will always be: “What happened here?” Your video should slowly uncover the story, the people involved and the reason the place was abandoned. These are the remaining 5. The documentary niche is one of the best options for faceless YouTube because you don’t need to appear on camera. which one would you choose?
