@LibbyMbc My mom survived stage 4 of the most aggressive form of breast cancer there is. She went to some dark places during her treatment. At times she thought for sure she was going to die. She had panic attacks in the dead of night. But in the end, she made it. I pray you will too. ❤️

How could i have had 18 years of Education and not known how terrible breast cancer was? Why was i so stupid to nod my head and walk out when my doctor said to 'Wait until i had my baby and stopped breast feeding and then come back. Maybe it was what i wanted to see, or maybe I believed them because they were doctors. Or maybe the imaging i saw everywhere with all the pink and sparkles and celebration made me believed id be okay regardless. I had no idea that 30% of patients still die of the disease or that the 'progress' we made was exagerrated. Ive tried for 4 years. Nobody deserves to have their life snatched from them by breast cancer. More needs be done to find new unique treatments that give a longer dfs or a cure.

@authormbdavis Yep. There are a variety of immune disorders where the body literally attacks itself. There’s also hemophilia, where a person is basically allergic to their own blood. And being allergic to one’s own sweat is also a thing.
