@mattsarto @MyRockingKidsUK I have never known customer service so bad @MyRockingKidsUK!! Order arrived way out of delivery timescales on website, items missing from order that I’ve paid for and several smalls sent with no response!!! How the hell do you get hold of someone to sort this???

@MyRockingKidsUK I have sent several emails, messages on IG, FB and twitter to try and get the attention of customer service on a wrong order that was sent to me. Could anyone please reply? This is now getting ridiculous

@MyRockingKidsUK you are horrendous to get hold of regarding an incomplete order that has arrived that took over 2 weeks!! Emails sent but no reply received….. how do I get a response as I’ve been charged for items not received! Not a happy customer 😡

@OnlineHomeShop_ how hard is it to get hold of someone in customer services. My order has been cancelled with no email sent to advise, 2 emails sent to ask for someone to come back to me and no reply! Plus items in the orders prices have now been increased??? Help….
