@wilmslowcouk He’s a surgeon working in the NHS. His operating day moved during the pandemic, which meant it clashed with meetings.
He clearly had to put work first.
His operating day has now changed so he now able to attend the meetings again.

It isn’t just that. It is also the fact that some Councillors, particularly on Parish Councils, don’t feel able to meet in person yet or their rooms aren’t big enough to adequately social distance. It seems such an easy issue to address.
