The HOA said they had an assessment fee of $20,000 per house!
They offered to let them pay it off in 10 years!
They refused topay it
Now all of the homes are being foreclosed on!
Turns out the HOA took in advance of $ 300,000 in cash upfront that needs to be paid back to the construction company!
If you divide the $300,000 into all the homes it’s about a $20,000 per Home fee!

Tulsi Gabbard’s statement here is totally false. Her effort to lie to Congress and the public to justify an unauthorized, unconstitutional war is shameless.
She could have said: “The only person who is commander in chief of the Armed Forces is the president.”
That still would have been a dodge, but at least it would have been true.
It is absolutely not true that whether or not Iran posed an imminent threat is some kind of secret knowledge that the president alone possesses.
